Stripe processing is additional and starts from 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards. Its fee varies for premium UK, European and international cards. Clubs can see the actual Stripe fee, RunBelong fee and net amount received for every paid entrant.

Compare how published entry charges work.

Entry services structure their charges differently. Some deduct fees from the organiser, while others add a booking fee for the entrant. This comparison uses each provider's published standard pricing and is intended as a starting point rather than a full feature comparison.

Payments and responsibilities

Club income goes to the club's connected Stripe account.

Stripe verifies the club, processes card payments and pays funds to the bank account it provides. The organising club remains responsible for its event information, entry terms, refund policy and handling any cancellations, refunds or entrant queries.
