Event terms

By entering this event, you agree to the following: - Fitness to participate: You confirm that you are medically fit and sufficiently prepared to take part in the event. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, you should seek appropriate medical advice beforehand. - Event instructions: Entrants must follow the instructions of event organisers, marshals and officials at all times. This is particularly important where instructions relate to participant or public safety. - Transfers: Race entries may not be transferred to another person unless agreed with the event organiser. - Changes to the event: The organisers reserve the right to alter the route, race distance, start time or other event arrangements where necessary for safety or circumstances outside their control. - Cancellation or postponement: If the event has to be cancelled or postponed, entrants will be contacted with details of the options available. - Personal responsibility: Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability which cannot legally be excluded. - Photography: Photographs and video may be taken during the event and may be used by the organising club for event promotion and publicity. Participants should contact the organisers if they have any concerns regarding photography. - Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other runners, volunteers, marshals and members of the public.
